User Interview
To begin, I'd like to introduce you to the concept of user interview; the main step of the Discovery phase of our UX process and is an important and necessary step in UX research in which simple conversations about the use of applications and websites are held in order to identify the users' problems and learn about their behavior and habits through different techniques such as card sorting and UX workshops.
