Strategy

Before designing or developing a digital product, a UX strategy must be completed. To demonstrate that the solution concept is marketable, it must be validated with real prospective customers. Although UX process design includes a variety of factors such as visual design, content message, and how easily a user can complete a task, UX strategy is the "big picture." In the face of uncertainty, it is a high-level strategy for achieving the product vision.

To differentiate between UX strategy and UX design, we can say that UX design is concerned with usability, content, and interaction design, whereas UX strategy is concerned with the big picture of the action plan, the direction of the product, and achieving business goals.

All of the factors of developing a successful user experience strategy are connected to those of developing a business plan. So, if you're creating a website for your business, you're already familiar with the user experience process and likely have a lot of the information - and research - you need on hand.

Always keep in mind that the details of your user experience journey map should be in line with corporate goals and common user experience trends.
