Empathy Map
The empathy map is the most effective way to understand the personalities of your clients or users since it provides a more in-depth understanding of the user persona and helps you adapt their style when building your UX design project.
From here, we can extract the definition of the Empathy Map, which is: collaborative imaging, which is used to clarify what we do not know about the target users also through user research, which helps to create a clear understanding of the needs of users, which leads to the most appropriate decision-making.
