User Flow

User flow represents the steps a user takes to complete a specific task or achieve the Action plan (link of the action plan) goal when using a product, service, or experience. User flows are used to map out the user's journey map (link of journey map) through the product, and they help to identify any potential pain points or areas of confusion.
